All prospective students must complete an Admissions Application and submit it to the academy location.
The Admissions Representative and the Academy Director will evaluate and authorize each application.
Incomplete Applications will not be considered for evaluation.
Applications submitted by individuals with a felony conviction will undergo additional review by the Academy's owner, directors, Admissions Representative, and Director.
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission.
Prospective students will be notified by phone regarding the approval or denial of their admission.
If a prospective student cannot be reached by phone, a notification letter will be mailed to the address provided on the Admissions Application. Empower Health & Beauty Academy reserves the right to approve or deny admission based on the information gathered from the admissions application, interactions with prospective students, or their friends and family (either by phone or in person), letters submitted by or on behalf of a prospective student, or through any other form of communication.
